Asked for no salad, this was ignored & majority of food cold. This has happened before but decided to give a second chance & still the same unfortunately & find shop staff rude & unhelpful

My partners was fine Mine however I stated on the comments box what I would like in my calzone and instead I got kebab meat thrown inside when I didn’t even ask for it

I placed my order at 7.09pm and was told that it would be delivered no later than. 7.45pm. I called the takeaway at 20.08 to be told it had gone out... I live not even 10 minutes away yet the takeaway didn't arrive for another 20 minutes... The order wasn't quite correct either, they'd forgotten my salad. By this point I was basically past the hunger stage... The food that did arrive was good though.

Delivery driver dropped the food all over the floor outside and just pushed the pizza back into the box with his bare hands. There was a burst garlic sauce all over the contents of the bag. Ordered a kids meal of 6 onion rings, chips and drink however the chips and drink were missing, called about it all and it took ages to explain 100 times exactly what had happened, they all seemed to be arguing about it and passed me to someone else to explain. They eventually said they would send another pizza and that they don’t give chips and drink with kids meals anymore even though it still shows online they don’t offer it. So menu online in kids section is 6 onion rings for £4 however in the starters section it’s 10 onion rings for £4 as the kids meals don’t come with chips or drink anymore. Awful experience! Defo avoid in future
